Before you drop your cheque off
  1. Check that your deposit instructions are written at the back of the cheque.

    • Full name as per your bank account records
    • Bank account number
    • Contact number

    We recommend crossing your cheque and cross out "or Bearer".

  2. Take note of the cut-off timings for quick cheque deposits. Timings vary according to the type of currency.
  3. Mailed-in cheques are subjected to local mail delivery times and processed in 2 working days upon receiving them.

    We recommend taking a photo of your cheque before posting it.
