Cash Top Up allows you to transfer funds from your DBS Savings Plus/S$ Current/Autosave, POSB Savings/Current accounts or Cashline account to DBS Vickers cash-upfront account.

What are the hours that I can access DBS Vickers Trading Services on DBS iBanking?
You are able to access this service 24x7 except during iBanking or DBS Vickers maintenance.

What are the hours that I can perform Cash Top Up to DBS Vickers cash-upfront account?
This service will be available from 8AM to 11.30PM (indicative) on working days (Monday to Friday).
On the last working day of the month, this service will be available from 8AM to 8PM (indicative).

You must be above the age of 21 to open a new DBS Vickers Online trading account.

How do I use this service?
As long as you have an active DBS Vickers account, you can perform a one time activation to link up your iBanking with DBS Vickers Online trading account.

How will I know if my Cash Top Up transaction is successful?
You can check the available fund from your DBS Vickers cash-upfront account.

When will the funds be available in my DBS Vickers Online cash-upfront account after I make a Cash Top Up?
For cash top up to DBS Vickers cash-upfront account, the transfer will be immediate.

What is the maximum limit for Cash Top Up?
There is no limit in transferring to cash-upfront account.

Is there any service charge for Cash Top Up?
There is no service charge at the moment.

Can I perform cash top up at DBS Vickers office or DBS branches?
No. You can only perform Cash Top Up via iBanking.
