Account Summary

An overview of banking products and services you have with the bank. You can also retrieve the latest balances on your S$ Deposit, Foreign Currency Deposit, Loan, Unit Trust, Margin Trading Securities Financing Account, Credit/Charge Card and Cashline Accounts.

Transaction History

You can enquire on the transactions details of your S$ Deposit and Foreign Currency Fixed Deposit Account. You may enquire details based on selected date up to the past 2 months, as well as choose from five sorting preferences. The transaction history download function allows you to download your account details in Microsoft Excel or Lotus 123 format to your personal computer.

Cheque Status Enquiry

You can enquire on the status of your issued cheques including Cashline accounts, whether they have been paid, returned or are pending clearance.

Credit/Charge Card Enquiry

You can view the credit limit, available limit, full payment, minimum payment, payment due date, perks$, and transaction history for unbilled transactions, current statement and previous statement of all your POSB credit/charge cards (including your supplementary cards)

Debit Card Enquiry

You can get the details on transactions that have been paid for, and transactions pending settlement, of your DBS MoneySmart Debit Card and POSB MasterCard Debit Card.

ATM/Debit/Credit Card Activation

You can activate your ATM/Debit/Credit instantly Card via iBanking or at any DBS/POSB ATM.

Request for ATM Card Limit Changes

You can now change your ATM card limit. The ATM card limits can be changed for your Daily NETS Limit, Daily ATM Cash Withdrawal Limit and Daily ATM 3rd Party Funds Transfer Limit.

Request for Cashline Auto Top-Up

You can now link your bank accounts to your Cashline account to ensure you have sufficient funds for whatever, whenever. Cashline will automatically top up your bank account when it falls under a pre-determined minimum balance. The Cashline prevailing interest rates apply on all outstanding debit balances in your Cashline account.

Email Alerts

Email Alerts allow customers to receive email notification on iBanking Transactions. Customers can opt for the same or different email address if they wish to receive updates on our products and services.

Update Address

For your convenience, you can even inform us in advance (up to a maximum of 30 days), before you move to your new address.

Select Preferred Brand Screen

If you have both DBS and POSB account, you will have the option of selecting your preferred brand of either DBS or POSB screen. Simply login to iBanking and select ‘My Preferences’ on the left navigation menu.
