What is the new DBS Vickers Online trading experience about?

We are launching a new and enhanced online trading platform to improve your online trading experience. From April 2015, we will invite selected customers to experience the new online trading platform before opening it to the rest of our customers.

What changes can I expect to see on the online trading platform?

The key changes are:

  • Clean and refreshing new interface
  • Simpler and more intuitive top navigation menu
  • Smart stock search bar
  • New order flow within the smart stock search bar
  • Insights and research articles
  • 2FA One-Time-PIN (OTP) via SMS

These new features will bring you greater convenience and access to all that you need to manage your trading account and activities. In addition, the refreshing and intuitive design will make your online trading experience a more pleasant one.

Why are you making changes to the online trading platform?

We believe in constantly upgrading and improving our online trading platform to stay relevant to your needs and provide a joyful trading experience.

What will happen to my existing account settings like Watchlists or Custom Portfolios? Do I need to set them up again?

The new enhancement will not affect your current account settings. However, you will be prompted to select your preferred start-up page.

Can I choose to return to the old trading platform once I‘m on the new one?

Once you‘re on the new platform, you will not be able to access the old one.
