Make Bill Payment

You can make bill payments easily to more than 180 Billing Organisations using digibank.

Important information

  • To pay bills with different reference number, including those from the same organisation, please select the One-Time Bill Payment option. You may also refer to the list of billing organisations which only allow One-Time Payment option here.

How to make Bill Payment

There are various channels which you may make bill payment with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Click on the steps to view screens

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap Pay & Transfer.

Step 3
Scroll towards the left and tap Bills.

Step 4
Choose the Billing Organisation you wish to make payment to.
(If the Billing Organisation is not in your recipients list, follow the steps in Add Bill Payment Organisation).

Enter the Amount you wish to transfer and tap Next.

Step 6
Review the details and tap Pay Now to complete your bill payment request.

If you have already made a similar bill payment (immediate or post-dated) you will be alerted to remind you of such payments before you confirm your next transaction.

Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Select One-Time Bill Payment.
Select the Billing Organisation you wish to make payment to and enter Reference No. or Scan Bill.
Tap Make A Payment.

Select the Fund Source and enter the Amount you wish to pay. Tap Next.

Review the payment details and tap Pay Now to complete your bill payment request.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Pay, select Pay Bills.

Under Select Payment Option, select Billing Organisation in my pre-arranged list.

Select your Billing Organisation, enter the Amount you wish to pay and click Next.
(If the Billing Organisation is not in your pre-arranged list, follow the steps in Add Bill Payment Organisation).

Verify the details and click Submit to complete your bill payment request.

Your transaction is now completed.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Under Pay, select Pay Bills.

Select Billing Organisation not in my pre-arranged list and search for the Billing Organisation that you wish to pay. Click Next.

Enter the Bill Reference, select your Account and enter the Payment Amount. Click Next.

Verify the details and click Submit.

Your transaction is now completed.
AXS Station/ AXS e-Station/AXS m-Station/AXS QuickBill

AXS via DBS PayLah!
Follow the steps below to pay your bills with AXS using DBS PayLah!:
  • Launch DBS PayLah! app and tap on the AXS icon.
  • Select Pay Bills and choose your type of bill.
  • Key in the relevant information of your bill payment.
  • Tap on Pay your with DBS PayLah! to complete the payment.

  • For selected Billing Organisations available in AXS only.
  • ATM - Selected Billing Organisations only.

More information

  • All payments made after 11:30pm (or 8:30pm on the last working day of the month) will be treated as the next working day’s transaction.
  • To allow sufficient time for processing by the corporation, you are advised to pay 2 working days in advance.
  • The above service can only be performed via a SGD account.
