Parents of users under 18 years old must be an existing DBS/POSB deposit account holder. Registering for PayLah! will require parental consent and assistance. T&Cs apply.

Note: PayLah! registration via Myinfo is currently only available to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents.

For teens

Step 1: Download PayLah! and select ‘Register’> ‘Via Parent’s Singpass’.
Step 2: Read and acknowledge the T&Cs to proceed.
Step 3: Pass your phone to your parent, so that he/she can scan the QR Code with his/her own phone using the Singpass Mobile app to login.
Step 4: Once your parent is logged in to Singpass, inform him/her to fill up the form according to the instructions on the screen.
Step 5: Review and complete the registration.

For Parents

Step 1: Assist your child to download PayLah! on his/her phone. Select ‘Register’ > ‘Via Parent’s Singpass’.
Step 2: Next, launch the Singpass app on your own phone and scan the QR code on your child’s phone using your Singpass Mobile app.
Step 3: Once logged in, enter the details of your child who is registering for PayLah!.
Step 4: Review all details to ensure entered information is correct and complete the registration.
Step 5: Successful registration! Enter promo code ‘FIVELAH’ to enjoy S$5 to your child’s PayLah! wallet. Your account can now start using PayLah!.
