  1. What does this do?

    This service allows you to set account nicknames for all of your accounts.

  2. How does this work?

    By setting account nicknames for your accounts, you can easily differentiate your accounts from each other.

    You may set account nicknames for your deposit accounts, cards and much more. By setting names such as “Travel Expenses” or “Savings”, you can easily tell which account you would like to use without having to memorise your account numbers.

  3. Will my recipient be able to see this account name?

    No. Account Nicknames will only be seen by you on the iBanking platform.

  4. How do I set account nicknames?

    You can do so by following the below steps:

    • Step 1: Select “Preferences” on the top right hand corner on the iBanking platform.
    • Step 2: Select “Set Account Nickname” on the dropdown menu.
    • Step 3: Proceed to fill in the nicknames you wish to set for your existing accounts listed. Click “Next” to continue.
    • Step 4: Verify your account nicknames and click “Submit”.
