Top Up Mobile Prepaid Number
Avoid the hassle of getting a prepaid top up card – simply top up your mobile prepaid number instantly via digibank Online, digibank mobile or SMS Banking.
Important information
- Your child’s CDA will be bundled with your Reserved Account(s), being My Account.
- SMS Banking services will cease progressively from February 2023.
digibank Online
- Login to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
- Complete the Authentication Process.
- Select Pay and click on Top Up Mobile Prepaid.
- Select Prepaid mobile not in my pre-arranged list if it has not been added before.
- Select the Telco (Service Provider) for your mobile prepaid number and click Next.
- Enter the Prepaid Mobile Number and select your Account for top up.
- Select the Top Up Option and click Next.
- Verify the Details of the Transaction.
- Click Submit to complete the transaction.
Note:
- Mobile prepaid top up via digibank Online is only available for Singtel, Starhub and M1.
- You can top up a maximum of S$300 per month and it cannot be changed.
Apply for digibank Online
digibank Mobile
- Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
- Tap More, under Other Services select Top Up Mobile Prepaid.
- Enter the Prepaid Mobile Details by selecting a prepaid mobile number and mobile operator.
- Tap on Next located at the bottom of your screen.
- Select your Fund Source and Top Up Option.
- Tap on Next located at the bottom of your screen.
- Review your Top Up details and tap on Top Up Now.
Note:
- Mobile prepaid top up via digibank Mobile is only available for Singtel, Starhub and M1.
- You can top up a maximum of S$300 per month and it cannot be changed.

SMS Banking
SMS the following keyword commands to 77767:
- Topup<space>Telco<space>Prepaid mobile number

SMS the following keyword commands to 77767:- Register<space>NRIC/Passport number<space>preferred account’s* last 4 digits

ATMs
Locate a POSB/DBS ATM near you:
- Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card.
- Key in your 6-Digit Card PIN.
- Select More Services followed by Purchase/Top-up Card.
- Select the Telco (Service Provider) followed by TOP-UP CARD.
- Select your Account for top up and enter your Mobile Number for your mobile prepaid.
- Select the Top-Up Amount.
- Verify the details and press Confirm to complete the transaction.
- Collect your ATM/Debit/Credit Card and Transaction Receipt.
