Apply for Phone Banking for a safe, convenient and accessible way to check your account balance and transactions 24/7.

Banking Part of: Guides > Voice Biometrics and Phone Banking PIN
  • Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card.
  • Key in your 6-Digit Card PIN.
  • Select More Services.

  • Select Card / PIN / iBanking / Phone Banking.
  • Select Apply / Reset Phone Banking PIN.
  • Select Apply for Phone Banking PIN followed by Confirm.
  • Enter and confirm a 6-Digit PIN for your Phone Banking.
  • Once completed, your Phone Banking User ID is printed on a Transaction Receipt.
  • Collect your ATM/Debit/Credit Card and Transaction Receipt.

  • Applicant must be at least 16 years old.
  • Applicant must be an existing POSB/DBS account holder. (Excluding Joint All or Trust Minor accounts)
Self Service Banking Application Form

Fill up PART A: Choice of Self Service Banking Services and mail it to us at:
  • DBS Bank Ltd - Account Services,
    Simpang Bedok Post Office , PO Box 215,
    Singapore 914808
  • You will receive your Phone PIN by mail within 7 working days.
