How to customise your alerts preferences and threshold via digibank online
- Login to digibank online with your UserID and PIN.
- Select at the top right of your digibank online page and click on Manage Alerts.
- Log in with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN.
- Click on Manage Alerts to update the alerts for your Banking Account(s) or DBS/POSB Card(s).
- Tick your Preferred Notification Mode(s) and enter Threshold Limit, click Next.
- Ensure the details are correct and click Submit to complete the application.
- A valid email address and mobile number is required to perform this update.
