Important information

  • If you do not have a mobile number registered with us, please use digibank mobile to update your mobile number.
Tips: Turn on your transaction alerts on digibank mobile and your mobile device for timely notification of your account activities.

How to update your mobile number

There are various channels which you may update your mobile number with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Click on the steps to view screens

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN. .

Tap More on the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll down to Your Profile, tap on Update Particulars and select Contact Details.

Tap on CHANGE under Contact Details section.

Input your new contact details and tap on SAVE.
(Note: For Overseas Number, tap on the country code that reflects on the screen and search for the country you required)

Review your changes and tap on CONFIRM to update your contact details.

  • Log in to digibank online with your User ID and PIN.
  • Complete the authentication process.
  • Select Update Personal and Contact Details under at the top of your digibank online page.
  • Under Mobile Number for iB OTP, indicate if your Mobile Number is Local (Singapore) or Overseas:

    • Local (Singapore)
      1. Input your Mobile Number.
      2. Provide Authorisation and click Next.
      3. Follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions and click Submit to complete your Mobile Number Update.
    • Overseas
      1. Indicate your Country Code and Area Code if applicable.
      2. Input your Mobile Number.
      3. Provide Authorisation and click Next.
      4. Follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions and click Submit to complete your Mobile Number Update.

Not yet a digibank user

Follow the steps to update your mobile number with your ATM/Debit/Credit Card & Singpass. If you do not have Singpass, register online here. You can refer to the Singpass Instructional Guide.

Log in using your ATM/Debit/Credit Card details and PIN. Complete your details and tap Login to get started.

Tap Update with Singpass to retrieve your latest information from Singpass.

Log in with your Singpass.

Agree to retrieve your personal data from Singpass.

Tap Save details if your data is accurate.

Edit other personal data (if any) and tap Next.

Verify your information and tap Submit to update your profile.
  • Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your NRIC/Passport and complete the authentication process.
  • Under Update Particulars.
  • Select Edit under Mobile.
  • Select the Country Code and enter the new number under Area Code / Phone Number.
  • Select Get OTP via SMS* and key the OTP into the Video Teller Machine (VTM).
  • Press Confirm to complete the transaction.

*Note:
  • Customers who did not receive the OTP via SMS or do not have their phone with them, select either Wrong Phone Number or No Phone with me.
  • An officer will be connected to verify the customer through a secured authentication process.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please ensure that the mobile number is keyed in with the correct format to avoid any errors. Alternatively, you may use Singpass to update your mobile number if you are a resident or working in Singapore.
  • If you are using digibank online, click on “Overseas” and choose the correct “Country Code”.
  • If you are using digibank mobile, tap on the country code that reflects on the screen and search for the country you required.
  • We strongly encourage all customers to update their mobile numbers to receive timely updates from the bank and to keep their accounts safe. In order to manage your accounts online, you will need to have a valid and updated mobile number registered with the bank..
  • If you wish to change your mobile number, please ensure you have ticked on the option ‘Local (Singapore)’ or ‘Overseas’. If there are no changes to your current mobile number, you may leave the field blank and proceed with the update of your other contact details.
  • If you do not have digibank, you may sign up for digibank and update your contact details thereafter.
