How to update your Personal Details
There are various channels for you to update your personal records such as your name, occupation with us. Enjoy convenience for these updates via digibank mobile.

You may now update below personal details seamlessly via digibank mobile.
- Name, DOB, Gender, Race, Nationality and Foreigner Pass details using Singpass.
- Foreigner Pass details (number &/or expiry date) by uploading a valid copy of your pass document (front and back) issued by Ministry of Manpower.
- Salutation, Marital Status, Occupation, Job Title, Name of Employer and Individual CDP a/c no.
digibank Online
You may update your occupation, job title, name of employer via digibank Online.
ATM/Debit/Credit Card & Singpass
Your personal details as listed below can be updated seamlessly using your Card & PIN.
Follow below steps to update your details with us:
- Name, DOB, Gender, Race, Nationality using Singpass.
- Salutation, Marital Status, Occupation, Job Title, Name of Employer and Individual CDP a/c no.
- For foreigner, you may update your employment pass expiry date.
Follow below steps to update your details with us:
- Log in with your DBS/POSB ATM/Debit/Credit Card details and PIN.
- Verify if your existing information with us is accurate. Click UPDATE WITH SINGPASS if changes are required.
- Log in with your Singpass and provide your consent to retrieve your personal data from the relevant government agencies to update your details with us.
- Review your details retrieved with Singpass and submit your request.
How to Update Signature
Video Teller Machine (VTM)
If you have changed your signature or realized that your signature differs from your previous records, you may visit one of our Video Teller Machines to do an immediate update. Customers who have been previously using thumbprint verification can also update to Signature based verification using our VTM.

Transactions which requires Signature verification:
Find the nearest Video Teller Machine (VTM) using our Locator.
- Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your NRIC/Passport and complete the authentication process.
- Select Update Particulars.
- Select Edit under Update your Signature.
- Select the applicable accounts.
- Input your signature using the stylus available at the machine.
- Select Get OTP via SMS* and key the OTP into the Video Teller Machine (VTM).
- Press Confirm to complete the transaction.
- Customers who did not receive the OTP via SMS or do not have their phone with them, select either Wrong Phone Number or No Phone with me.
- An officer will be connected to verify the customer through a secured authentication process.

How to Update Passport Number

For foreigners who have renewed your passports, you may now update your Passport details (number & expiry date) by uploading a valid copy of your passport document (biodata page). Your request will be reviewed, and you will be notified within 5 working days upon completion.
