How to repay monthly home loan instalments using CPF funds
To commence CPF monthly repayment
- Visit CPF Website and login with your Singpass.
- Under Home ownership, select Using CPF for housing.
- Under Manage housing monthly instalments, select Manage instalments.
- Select your property under Property Details and click Next.
- Select Commence Monthly Instalment and click Next.
- Read through the information before you click on Start and complete the following:
- Financier: DBS Bank Ltd
- Monthly Instalment: Indicate your monthly CPF instalment amount
- Effective From: Select the month to commence the monthly instalment.
- Read the Terms & Conditions and select the checkbox to provide your declaration, then click Next.
- Review and confirm that the information you have provided is correct then click Submit.
- Please note that you may also Revise Monthly Instalment or Cease Monthly Instalment following the steps above.
