Using CPF for monthly repayment

Learn how to commence or revise your CPF monthly repayment amount through CPF website using your Singpass.

Visit CPF Website and login with your Singpass.
Click on Tools and services at the top of the page and select Forms and e-application and scroll down to Home ownership.
Click onto Manage CPF usage for your home and select Apply online under Manage housing monthly instalments .
Select your property under Property Details and click Next.
Select Commence Monthly Instalment and click Next.
Click Start and complete the following:
- Financier: DBS Bank Ltd
- Monthly Instalment: Indicate your monthly instalment amount
- Effective From: Select the month to commence the monthly instalment
Read the Terms & Conditions and select the checkbox to provide your declaration, then click Next.
Review and confirm that the information you have provided is correct then click Submit.
Please note that you may also Revise Monthly Instalment, Cease Monthly Instalment or Make Arrears Payment following the steps above.

Visit CPF Website and login with your Singpass.

Select your property under Property Details and click Next.
Select Revise Monthly Instalment and click Next.
Click Start, select the monthly instalment you would like to revise and complete the following:
- Effective From: Select the month to commence the new monthly instalment
- New Monthly Instalment: Indicate your new monthly instalment amount
Read the Terms & Conditions and select the checkbox to provide your declaration, then click Next.
Review and confirm that the information you have provided is correct then click Submit.
Please note that you may also Cease Monthly Instalment or Make Arrears Payment following the steps above.
