Terms and Conditions Governing DBS Vickers New Trading Account Reward (“Promotion”)

• The promotion period is from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024, both dates inclusive. (“Promotion Period”).
• To qualify for the promotion, customer must open a new individual online trading account with DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd (’DBS Vickers’) from:
  • 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024 and make at least one online trade between 1 January 2024 and 30 April 2024 (“Qualifying Period”) (“Q1 2024 Promotion Period”)
  • 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2024 and make at least one online trade between 1 April 2024 and 31 July 2024 (“Qualifying Period”) (“Q2 2024 Promotion Period”)
• Qualified customers are entitled to receive cash reward if they fulfil the conditions below.

  Criteria	Open a new DBS Vickers individual online trading account
  Condition	Execute one online trade via DBS Vickers online trading platform or DBS Vickers app
  1st trade Cash Reward	SGD 30
  Additional reward	Receive SGD 10 for every additional trade executed during the Qualifying Period, capped at maximum 27 additional trades.

• An eligible client may receive up to SGD 300 in cash reward during the Promotion period.
• Cash reward will be credited into clients’ respective DBS Multi-Currency Account (“MCA”) or trading account:
  • By 30 June 2024 for “Q1 2024 Promotion Period”
  • By 30 September 2024 for “Q2 2024 Promotion Period”
• New and existing DBS Vickers Corporate accounts and joint accounts are not eligible for this Promotion.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by DBS Vickers.
• Trades executed via DBS Vickers Customer Service Line are not eligible for the Promotion.
• Trades will automatically be amalgamated when the trades are of the same stock, currency, settlement mode and trade date as well as the same mode of trade.
• All clients will be disqualified from the Promotion if the trading account is closed before receiving the cash reward.
• DBS Vickers shall have the right to determine whether a client is entitled to receive the promotion. The decision by DBS Vickers relating to the Promotion shall be final.
• DBS Vickers’ terms and conditions governing trading shall apply. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
• DBS Vickers reserves the right to revise, delete and/or add to the above terms and conditions, and/or to suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice to you.
