  1. 1. How do I check my credit card available and outstanding balance?

    You may check your credit card balance through various ways:

      A. Internet Banking
      • Login to DBS iBanking with your existing User ID, PIN and the 6-digit Secure PIN from your iBanking device.
      • Click on Cards > Credit Cards Summary.
      • Click on the credit card number you want to view and look for “Outstanding Amount Due” and “Available Limit”.

    1. B. Mobile Banking
      • Upon login to DBS Digibank application, you will be directed to the mobile banking home page.
      • Under Accounts, scroll down to see “Cards”. The amount reflected beside the credit card number is the outstanding amount due.
      • To view the available balance, click on the credit card you want to check. Enter the SMS OTP or Token OTP to complete the 2nd authentication login.
      • Once logged in, look for “Available Limit”.

    2. C. Send an SMS to check your credit card available and outstanding balance.

      D. Phone Banking
      • Dial 1800-111-1111 or (+65) 63272265 (for overseas customers).
      • Select language preference. Press 2 for Mandarin.
      • Please enter your Phone Banking User ID.
      • Select option 2 for Credit Cards Services.
      • Select option 2 for Credit Cards available and outstanding balance.

     

  2. 2. How do I pay my DBS/POSB credit card bill?

    For internet banking users, you may login and pay your credit card bill via iBanking.

    • Login with your existing User ID, PIN and the 6-digit Secure PIN from your iBanking device.
    • Under the ‘Pay’ tab, click on ‘Pay DBS or POSB Credit Cards’.
    • At the bottom, choose whether you would like to pay in full, minimum or any amount.
    • Follow the simple on-screen instructions.

    For mobile banking users, you may login via the Digibank app.

    • Choose ‘Cards’ from the home page screen.
    • Click on the credit card you wish to pay.
    • Click on ‘Make A Payment’ and choose whether you would like to pay in full, minimum or any amount.
    • Follow the simple on-screen instructions.

    Payments made via iBanking and Digibank app will be updated instantly.

     

  3. 3. I need a new iB Secure Device as my existing device is faulty/I have misplaced my device. How can I obtain a replacement?

    To request for a new iB Secure Device:

    Step 1: Login to iBanking

    Step 2: Go to “Request” on the top navigation menu and select “More Requests”

    Step 3: Select “iB Secure Device Replacement” from “Other Services” to complete your request. A new device will be sent to you within 3-5 business days.This service is only available for first-time token replacement.

     

  4. 4. How do I apply for a credit card?

    Please refer to our Cards Application Checklist before applying.

    For internet banking users, you may login and apply via iBanking.
    • Login to DBS iBanking with your existing User ID, PIN and the 6-digit Secure PIN from your existing device.
    • Click on 'Open' button from the menu option and choose Credit Cards.
    • Select the type of credit card you wish to apply, click on Next button and follow the simple on-screen instructions.

  6. 5. I have recently moved and I want to update my mailing address.

    For internet banking users, you may login and update your address via iBanking.
    • Login to DBS iBanking with your existing User ID, PIN and the 6-digit Secure PIN from your existing device.
    • Click on 'Request' button from the menu option and choose More Requests.
    • Under Other Services, select Update Mailing address and follow the simple on-screen instructions.

    For your ease and convenience, there are other ways to update your address.

  8. 6. I have changed my mobile number and email address, how do I update the Bank?

    To update your mobile number and email address registered with us, you may do so via iBanking.
    • Login to DBS iBanking with your existing User ID, PIN and the 6-digit Secure PIN from your existing device.
    • Click on 'Request' button from the menu option and choose More Requests.
    • Under Other Services, select Update Personal and Contact Details and follow the simple on-screen instructions.

  20. 12. DBS/POSB Bank, Branch and Transaction Codes

    Bank Code: 7171
    Branch Code: If there are 10 digits in your account number, the branch code is the first 3 digits of your account number. Example, if your account number is 0012345678, the branch code is "001".

    If there are 9 digits in your account number, the branch code is "081".

    Here are a few examples of the most common transaction codes that you may have encountered in your account statement:
