Check Credit Card Transaction Details

Credit Card transactions are not immediately reflected in your statements. Learn how you can make use of our digital solutions to check your recent transactions.

Virtual Assistant
  • Check your recent Credit Card transactions including pending and declined transactions via our Virtual Assistant.

digibank Online
  • Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select My Accounts, and click on Credit Cards.
  • Input your 6-digit iB Secure PIN.
  • Select the Card Account that you wish to check on.
  • By default, your current month's statement will be displayed.

To view your previous month's transactions / transactions that are not outstanding yet (Unbilled Transactions):

  • Above your Credit Card Number, click on Modify Search.
  • Under Statement Type, select Previous Statement / Unbilled Transactions.

digibank Mobile
  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Under Home, tap on Cards and select the Card that you wish to check.
  • By default, your current month's bill statement will be displayed.

Here you may also view your card details - Outstanding Amount Due, Payment Due Date, Statement Balance, Available Limit, Credit Card Limit and DBS Points.

Toggle between the various tabs at the bottom to view your different transaction details:

  • Unbilled: Transactions that have not been charged to your statement yet.
  • Current: Current month's billed transactions.
  • Previous: Previous month's billed transactions.

DBS Lifestyle App
  • Log in to DBS Lifestyle app with your digibank User ID and PIN.
  • Select My Cards, then select History to view all your Credit Card transaction history.
  • Click Filter to select the Credit Card Account or Spend Category that you wish to view under History.

Alternatively, use the Expense Tracker to see how much you have spent on each category:

  • Log in to DBS Lifestyle app with your digibank User ID and PIN.
  • Select My Cards from the menu bar.
  • Select Expenses and tap on the graph to track your current month's spending.
  • Swipe left to monitor your spending at a glance, from the current to previous months.
  • Tap on the bar graph of each month to get a detailed breakdown by category.

Phone Banking
  • Dial 1800 339 6666 (from Singapore) or (+65) 6339 6666 (from Overseas).
  • For a menu in English Press 1, for Mandarin Press 2.
  • Enter your NRIC, Debit or Credit Card Number or your Phone Banking UID followed by # to proceed.
  • Enter your Phone Banking PIN followed by # to proceed.
  • Select Credit Card Services.
  • Press 2 for outstanding and available balance.
  • After your Account Balance is read, press 1 to check your last 5 transactions.
    • Press 1 to enter your Credit Card Number OR;
    • Press 2 to select Credit Card Account from list.
