Update Personal Particulars for Work Permit Holders

If you need to update your mobile number and mailing address, you can do so at any AXS machine. Email address can be updated via VTM.

For successful update request, a confirmation SMS will be sent to you after 2 working days.

Step 1
Select POSB.

Step 2
Select Services for Work Permit account Holders.

Step 3
Select Update Mobile Number Request.

Step 4
Enter New Mobile Number and tap Continue.

Step 5
Ensure new mobile number is correct and tap Continue.

Step 6
Insert your ATM/debit card and Pin to complete the update.

Step 1
Select POSB.

Step 2
Select Services.

Step 3
Select Update My Address.

Step 4
Select A Singapore Address and tap Proceed.

Step 5
Key in your Postal Code, level and unit number. Choose the address type and account type(s) you wish to update and tap Continue.

Step 6
Ensure new mailing address is correct and tap Continue.

Step 7
Insert your ATM/debit card and Pin to complete the update.

Follow the steps to update your email address via VTM.
