Learn how you can update your mobile number and mailing address at any AXS machine. For personal particulars such as your employment pass expiry date and email address, you can update using ATM/Debit/Credit Card & Singpass.

Update personal particulars via ATM/Debit/Credit Card & Singpass
Follow the steps to update your personal particulars via ATM/Debit/Credit Card & Singpass.

Select POSB.

Select Services for Work Permit account Holders.

Select Update Mobile Number Request.

Enter New Mobile Number and tap Continue.

Ensure new mobile number is correct and tap Continue.

Insert your ATM/debit card and Pin to complete the update.

Select Update My Address.

Select A Singapore Address and tap Proceed.

Key in your Postal Code, level and unit number. Choose the address type and account type(s) you wish to update and tap Continue.

Ensure new mailing address is correct and tap Continue.

Insert your ATM/debit card and Pin to complete the update.
