Remove Cheque or Demand Draft Recipient

Remove a cheque or demand draft recipient easily using digibank online.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.
Complete the Authentication Process.
Click on Pay & transfer and under Services select iB Cheque & Demand Draft.
Click on Send an iB Cheque (SGD) and select the kebab icon (⋮) on the right of your Recipient.
Select Delete recipient.
Confirm the request by clicking on Delete recipient in the pop-up.

Forgot User ID or PIN

You will lose all their reciept details once the removal of reciepent is processed.
To send them an iB Cheque next time, you will need to re-enter those details.
