How to do a Local Cash Withdrawal
There are various channels which you may do a local cash withdrawal with us. The most convenient method would be via Self-Service Banking Machines or using POSB Cashpoint.
You will need an active ATM/Debit/Credit card to make a withdrawal.
Cash Withdrawal Service
Locate a Cash Withdrawal Service near you:
- Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card.
- Key in your 6-Digit Card PIN.

Choose a Preset Withdrawal Amount from the Fast Cash List. OR
Select Choose Another Amount to enter an amount you wish to withdraw. - Collect your ATM/Debit/Credit Card and Cash.
- Select Cash Withdrawal from the Services List.
- Select the Account you wish to withdraw from.
- Enter the Amount you wish to withdraw and press Confirm.
- Collect your ATM/Debit/Credit Card and Cash.

- Withdrawal Denominations - S$10 and S$50 notes at all machines. S$2, S$5, S$10, S$50, S$100 notes at selected machines. Refer here for more information.
- All withdrawals are subjected to daily card limit and machine availability. You may Update your Card Limit via digibank.
- The total amount of cash that you can withdraw per day at both local and overseas ATMs is capped. This daily cash withdrawal limit applies regardless of the number of cards you have. Click here for details.
POSB Cash-Point
Locate a POSB Cash-Point and withdraw up to S$5,000 with any purchase at our participating merchants islandwide*
- Make a purchase at our participating outlets*.
- Use your DBS/POSB ATM/Debit/Credit Card (linked to a deposit account) to make a Nets payment.
- Indicate the Amount you wish to withdraw.
- Key in your 6-Digit Card PIN.
- Collect your DBS/POSB ATM/Debit/Credit Card, Cash and purchases.

- All cash withdrawals will be deducted from the card's NETS Limit.
- Cash Withdrawal are in multiples of S$10, subjected to individual merchant outlet's cash availability and withdrawal limits.
