Supplementary Credit Card Cancellation
You may send the request for cancellation through our iBanking Messages function.
- Login to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
- Click on Messages at the top right and select Compose
- Input your 6-digit iB secure PIN.
- Select Credit Cards for topic and Cancel Card for subject.
- Select the Card Number you wish to terminate.
- Select the reason for termination and click Send.
