How to navigate the refreshed dashboard?
  1. Log in to your Internet Banking with your User ID and PIN, then complete the authentication process.
  2. See your balances at a glance with our new account view on your dashboard. Use our Quicklinks to access frequently used services.
  3. Not to your liking? Scroll to the bottom to reorder your sections.
  4. Click on the dropdown menu on the top right circular icon to customise your look.
  5. Explore different tabs on our navigation menu on the left.
How do I make my bill payments?
  1. Upon successful login, click on Pay & Transfer on the left navigation menu to quickly see your recipients and bills.
  2. Not seeing who you were looking for? Look at our related services.
  3. Click on Bills, Cards & GIRO to see all of your bills such as utilities, credit card or subscription plans.
How do I transfer funds to someone else?
  1. Upon successful login, click on Pay & Transfer on the left navigation menu. Then click on Local Transfer under Services on the right.
  2. We also have other Transfer services in the Services menu. Find the service you need simply.
How do I check my Transaction History?
  1. (For deposits) Upon successful login, on your dashboard, look under Deposits and select the Account you wish to check on.
    (For cards) In your Homepage, look under Cards and select the Card you wish to check on.
  2. Immediately, you will your transaction history, and be able to filter accordingly to find your transactions.
How can I top up my Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) account?
  1. Upon successful login, click on Pay & Transfer on the left navigation menu. Then click on Top-ups and cheques under Services on the right.
  2. In the pop-up, select Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) Account.
  3. Select the account you wish to contribute from. Do ensure that SGD – Singapore Dollar is selected as we only accept SGD for SRS contributions.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to contribute then click Next.
  5. Review the details of your contribution and click Top up now to complete the contribution.
  6. Your top up is now complete.
