Steps to enable push notificationsPlease ensure that you have enabled push notifications and allowed permissions for digibank app to send you such notifications.
For iPhone users:
- Go to your phone Settings > Select Notifications > Select on POSB digibank SG > turn on Allow Notifications.
- Go to your phone Settings > Select Notifications > Select on POSB digibank SG > turn on Notifications.
- Push notifications may not be received if you are in a low network coverage area.
- If you do not receive the push notification, follow the steps under Authenticate transactions with your Digital Token instead.
