Steps to enable push notifications

Please ensure that you have enabled push notifications and allowed permissions for digibank app to send you such notifications.

For iPhone users:

Go to your phone Settings > Select Notifications > Select on POSB digibank SG > turn on Allow Notifications.

For Android users:

Go to your phone Settings > Select Notifications > Select on POSB digibank SG > turn on Notifications.

Push notifications may not be received if you are in a low network coverage area.
If you do not receive the push notification, follow the steps under Using your Digital Token without internet.
