Important information

  • If your PayNow profile is with DBS/POSB, you will be able to view the linked account number, your Nickname and your proxy (CIN/Mobile Number).

For eligible citizens, the payment will be made via:
  • PayNow from 1 August 2024 (PayNow-NRIC must be registered before 22 July 2024)
  • Bank Crediting from 12 Aug 2024
  • GovCash from 22 Aug 2024

How to check PayNow profile

There are various channels which you may check PayNow profile with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Launch your digibank mobile app, tap on PayNow and log in with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on Your Profile.

You will be able to see the mobile number and/or NRIC/FIN number linked to your PayNow profile.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Transfer, select To PayNow (Mobile Number, NRIC or UEN).

Under My Registrations, you will be able to see the linked mobile number and/or NRIC/FIN number.
