*You may withdraw above your card limit, up to S$9,999 with SMS OTP (up to a daily limit of S$30,000). Staff assistance is required for withdrawal of S$10,000 and above, at BTMs located at branches during banking hours. ^Withdrawal of S$1,000 notes is only available at BTMs located at branches during banking hours, where staff assistance is required.

You will need your ATM/Debit card for verification. Or you can use your NRIC (Singaporeans and Malaysians) or passport if you do not have your ATM/Debit card with you.
