  1. What does "Apply for Add On Credit Cards" mean?

    Additional Credit Card Application is a service that allows existing DBS or POSB Principal Cardmembers to apply for a new credit card via iBanking, with no change to their existing Credit Card limit.

  2. How many Credit Cards can I apply through iBanking?

    You may select up to a maximum of 4 DBS or POSB Credit Cards per application.

  3. Do I need to submit any income document?

    No, you are not required to submit any income document since you are an existing Principal Cardmember. Your existing credit limit will remain unchanged and will be shared with all your DBS or POSB credit cards.

  4. If I wish to review my existing credit limit, can I do so from iBanking?

    Cardholders who wish to review their credit limit, must mail the "DBS Credit Card Credit Limit Review Form" to us. The form can be downloaded from

  5. Do I need to sign any application form?

    As the application is submitted through a secured DBS iBanking channel, no signature on the application form is required.

  6. When will I know the status of my application?

    Please allow 3 working days to process the application upon receipt of all the required information. You will receive a SMS notification once the application has been processed. You may also log into DBS iBanking and refer to "View Application Status" for the application status.
