Race Entitlements

How do I collect my race pack?

Race packs will be delivered to the runner’s preferred delivery address provided at the time of registration.

Please reach out to our customer service team at posbpassionrunforkids@metasport.com before Monday 5 October, 23:59 if you wish to amend your address.

What is in my race pack?

Your race pack consists of:

  • Race Bib
  • Timing Chip attached to the Race Bib (All except Fun Walk)
  • Bag Tag (For bag deposit)
  • Parent Tag (For 1.6km, 1.2km & 800m Kids categories)
  • Safety Pins

If you've selected to receive race entitlements, including the exclusive race t-shirt and socks they will be conveniently included in your race pack delivery.

Why did I not receive the Medal in my delivery?

Finisher medals will be awarded to all participants after crossing the Finish Line on race day.  

Why did I not receive the 10km Finisher Singlet in my delivery?

The Finisher Singlet will be awarded exclusively to all 10km participants after crossing the Finish Line on race day. 

I ordered the wrong T-shirt size. Can I exchange it for another size?

Changes will be accepted on race day at the Information booth. Please bring your unworn T-shirt in its original packaging. Exchanges are dependent on stock and size availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

Where do I pin my race number bib?

You must secure your race number bib on the front of your running top. You can use the safety pins included in your race pack, or a race belt to hold the race bib in place. 

I am participating in both the 10km Run and the Fun Walk. Can I wear the same bib for both?

For safety and identification purposes, participants cannot wear the same bib number for different race categories. Please ensure that you wear the correct bib number for your specific race category.

Race Registration

How is age determined?
Age categories are determined by the participant’s age as of event day, Sunday 25 October 2026.
When is the deadline to get my name on the bib?

Entries received by 20 September 2026, 23:59hrs will have the option to have your name printed on your bib.

Please note that entries submitted after the deadline will not include personalised names on the bibs. However, you are welcome to personalise it yourself at home if you wish.

I am unable to race. Can I get a refund?
No, all race entries are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
Can I sign-up on race morning?
Sorry, there are no onsite registrations taken on race day.
Can I transfer my entry to another person if I choose not to race?

No, all race entries are strictly non-transferable.

Any person doing so may be subject to disqualification, at the discretion of the Event Organiser. The Organisers reserve the right to exclude both parties from future events.

The promo code isn't working. What's wrong?

Please ensure that:

  • There is no space before or after the code.
  • The code is entered exactly as shown, as it is case-sensitive.
What is the guideline for registering an Adult?

Adults may participate in only one of the following race categories:

  • 10km Adult OR
  • 5km Adult

⚠️ You cannot register for both the 10km and 5km categories.

The 3.5km Fun Walk may be entered:

  • As a standalone category; or
  • As an add-on to your 10km or 5km registration.

Please note:

  • Adults must register themselves and may only participate using their own entry.
  • If 3.5km Fun Walk is added to a 10km or 5km registration, the same participant details will be used for both entries.
What is the Guideline for registering a Child/Youth?

An adult may add child/youth race entries for their own child(ren) or legal ward(s) within the same purchase.

If an adult race entry is included:

  • The adult details entered during registration will automatically be used as the parent/guardian information for all child entries in that purchase.

If only child/youth entries are purchased (no adult race entry)

  • The parent/guardian details entered for the first child registration will automatically be applied to all additional child entries within the same purchase.

Race Information

What if it rains or is there inclement weather on race morning?

In the event of light to moderate rain, the race will proceed as scheduled, provided there is no lightning in the area. However, if lightning is detected, the Race Director will make the necessary decision to ensure participant’s safety, which may include modifying or delaying the event.

If the event is modified, delayed or cancelled, there will be no refund of entries fees to participants.

Announcements will be made within the event venue.

Are prams/strollers/kick scooters allowed?

Prams, strollers, kick scooters, and Strider bikes (without pedals) are permitted for children under 6 years old, exclusively for participation in the Fun Walk. We ask that you are mindful of other participants when using these devices during the walk.

Can my child participate in the 3.5KM Fun Walk alone?

Children aged 12 and below participating in the Fun Walk must be accompanied by an adult who is also registered for the Fun Walk, and who will be responsible for the child's safety and well-being throughout the event.

Participants aged 13-17 years old may walk unaccompanied. All participants aged 17 and below requires parental consent to register for the Fun Walk.

Please note that the organisers will not be held responsible for the welfare and safety of unaccompanied minors.

All children must be officially registered for the event.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed on the race course or inside the Festival Venue.

Race related

Is there a water station on the course?

Yes, we have water stations on the run course for the 3.5km Fun Walk, 5km and 10km distances. 

Is there a Runners’ Guide?

Yes, we'll be publishing a comprehensive Runner's Guide with all the essential race details. You will be updated as soon as the guide is available on the event website and via email. 

Where and when is the awards ceremony?

Trophies will be presented to the top 3 male and female placegetters in each race (excluding 3.5km Fun Walk) at the conclusion of each race at the event venue. Award times will be published in the Runners’ Guide. 

Where and when can I see my results?

Live preliminary results will be available via the “Results” page of the event website immediately after you cross the finish line.

Official times will be posted on the Race Results page within 48 hours of the event.

Personal Accident Insurance

Who can apply for Complimentary Personal Accident Protect V?
Both the applicant and/or insured must be Singapore Residents. Singapore Resident means Singapore citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid Work Permit, Employment Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, Dependant's Pass, or S Pass issued by the authorities in Singapore.

Applicant must be aged 18 years old and above.

Insured must be aged between 1 month old and 65 years old (both age inclusive).
What is the difference between Complimentary Personal Accident Protect V and Complimentary Personal Accident Protect Basic?
Both policies offer the same benefits and sum insured, however the eligibility criteria, period of coverage, and policy application process differs:

What happens if I suffer an injury on the race day (i.e. 25 October 2026)? Are both policies claimable?
If you suffer an injury that results in hospitalisation, please submit your claim under both policies.
Does this policy provide cover for any illness?
No, this is a personal accident policy that only covers you for accidental injury.

Accidental injury means a bodily injury resulting from an accident caused by a sudden, unforeseen, and fortuitous event.
Is the policy coverage applicable even when I am overseas?
Yes, the policy provides worldwide coverage, except for Cuba and sanctioned countries, on the condition that the policy is active, and you continue to meet the eligibility criteria.

Please refer to the Policy Wordings for the full terms and conditions and sanction exclusions.
Does this policy cover my child during National Service?
No, this policy does not cover any events arising from National Service.
Does this policy pay over and above any other insurance coverage?
The Accidental Death Benefit, Permanent Disability Benefit, and the Daily Hospital Cash Benefit are payable in addition to any other insurance coverage.
Are there any other situations where the benefits will not be payable?
These are stated under the General Exclusions section in the policy wording. Below are some key exclusions:
  • Pre-existing medical conditions
  • Deliberately self-inflicted injury, suicide or, criminal or illegal act
  • Unlawful acts or wilful exposure to unnecessary danger (such as jaywalking or speeding) except in an attempt to save human life
  • Injury sustained by the insured person while under the influence of alcohol or any drugs
  • Air travel except as a passenger in a fully licensed passenger carrying aircraft
  • Hazardous sports or activities involving parachuting, skydiving, hang gliding, ballooning, any kind of race (other than on foot or swimming) or trial of speed or reliability, potholing, mountaineering or rock climbing
All benefits and coverages are subject to the terms and conditions of the Policy. Please refer to the Policy Wording for the full insuring clauses, definitions, schedule, extensions, terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of liability of the Policy.
What circumstances will trigger the policy to be automatically cancelled?
The policy will be cancelled automatically:
  • When 100% of the Accidental Permanent Disability Benefit has been paid
  • When you or the insured ceases to be a Singapore Resident
  • Upon death of insured
How do I make a claim?
You may submit a claim via Chubb’s e-Services portal – MyAccount. Alternatively, you may contact Chubb’s Customer Service Hotline at +65 6398 8797 (Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 5.00pm, excluding Public Holidays) for assistance in filing a claim.

In addition to completing the claim form, the following additional supporting documents may also be required based on the type of claim you are submitting:

POSB PAssion Kids Fund

How does my donation make a difference?

100% of your donations go directly towards the POSB PAssion Kids Fund which supports programmes and events benefiting children (0-16 years of age) in the community.

How do I receive the 2.5 times tax deduction on the donations made? Can I choose to opt-out?

All donations made to the POSB PAssion Kids Fund will be entitled to 2.5 times tax deduction and are applicable to both corporate and individual tax residents.

DBS will send your name, NRIC, mailing address and donation amount to the People’s Association (PA). Tax deduction will be automatically filed to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) by PA and will be reflected in your individual tax assessment the next calendar year.

To opt-out of the tax deduction, please email your request to posbkidsfund@dbs.com

*Tax residents with FIN and donation via PayNow/PayLah! will not be eligible for auto tax deduction unless you email posbkidsfund@dbs.com your name, NRIC/FIN, mailing address, donation amount and donation date.

Can I receive auto tax deduction if I am a foreigner but also a taxpayer in Singapore?

Please email to posbkidsfund@dbs.com your donation date, donation amount, full name and FIN within 2 weeks of your donation.
