* Please note that for updates will take 1 working day for Credit Cards, 4 working days for MTA accounts. Updates after 8pm on Monday to Saturday, or on Sundays and Public Holidays will be taken as the next working day's transaction.

Other Ways to Update

You may also choose to update your personal details via our Video Teller Machine (VTM). Click here to find out more and locate the nearest VTM to you.

You can update the following details at VTM:

  • Residential Address
  • Mailing Address
  • Contact Number (Home, Office, Mobile)
  • Email Address

AXS allows you to update your address. Simply follow the below steps:

  • Step 1: Click on DBS or POSB banner button and select “Services > Update My Address”
  • Step 2: Select the type of address you are updating “An Overseas Address” or “A Singapore Address”
  • Step 3: Input your new address
  • Step 4: Check your details and select “Confirm”
  • Step 5: Insert and remove your DBS/POSB ATM/Debit card and enter your PIN for verification

You can also update your personal details by completing this this application form, printing and mailing it to us. Update will be processed upon receipt of the form and you will be notified when update is completed.

Alternatively, you can visit any DBS/POSB branch with your NRIC/Passport.
