How to Reset Card PIN

There are various channels which you may Reset Card PIN with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on More tab.

Under Manage Cards & Loans, tap Reset Card PIN.

Select the Card to reset PIN.

Step 5
Enter and Confirm your New PIN. Tap on Change PIN.

Step 6
You have successfully reset your Card PIN.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Cards, click on Reset Card PIN.

Select the Card you would like to reset PIN for. Enter your New card PIN and click Submit.

You have successfully reset your Card PIN.

Use my Card and PIN and reset your Card PIN via our Online Form.

Select your Identification Type and enter your Identification Number. Enter the Last 4 Digits of your ATM/Debit or Credit Card Number and Card PIN. Click Submit.

Complete the Authentication Process using the 6-digit SMS OTP. Click Ok.

Select the Card you would like to reset PIN for. Enter your New card PIN and click Submit.

You have successfully reset your Card PIN.
Note
  • A valid ATM/ Debit or Credit Card Number and PIN is required to reset your Card PIN.
  • The SMS OTP will be sent to your registered Mobile Number with the Bank.
Authenticate by Card
  • Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card and attempt to complete the authentication process.
  • After multiple failed attempts, you will be prompted to reset your PIN with another identification method.
Authenticate by NRIC/Passport
  • Insert your NRIC or scan your Passport to identify yourself.
  • An Officer will be connected to assist you to reset your PIN.
