Important information

  • All updates after 8pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday) and updates on a non-working day will be taken as the following working day's transaction.
  • If the bank needs clarification on the updates, customer will be contacted within 2 working days from the effective date.

How to update your Address Details

There are various channels which you may update your address details with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap More on the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll down to Your Profile, tap on Update Particulars and select Address details.

Tap on UPDATE under Residential Address section.

Enter your postal code, tap on FIND ADDRESS to update your residential address and tap SAVE.
(Note: Your mailing address will be defaulted to be the same as the new residential address. Select other mailing address option if your mailing address is different.)

Select the type of account(s) you wish the new address to applied to and tap next.

Review your changes and tap on CONFIRM to update your residential &/or mailing address.
(Note: To update only mailing address, go straight to Mailing Address section.)

Step-by-step Instructions:

  • Log in to digibank online with your User ID and PIN .
  • Complete the Authentication Process.
  • Select Update Mailing Address under at the top of your digibank online page.
  • Under My Residential Address: Indicate the Country and Postal code, and then click Find Address. (Indicate Unit no. if applicable)
  • Under My Mailing Address: Check the box if your mailing address is the same as your residential address.

    If it is not the same, indicate the Country and Postal Code and click Find Address (Indicate Unit no. if applicable)
  • Tick the Accounts/Services you wish to update your address for.
  • Enter the Effective Date and click Next.
  • Verify the Details of the Transaction and complete by keying in your iB Secure PIN and click Submit.

Follow the steps to update your residential address with your ATM/Debit/Credit Card & Singpass. If you do not have Singpass, register online here. You can refer to the Singpass Instructional Guide.

Log in using your ATM/Debit/Credit Card details and PIN. Complete your details and tap Login to get started.

Tap Update with Singpass to retrieve your latest information from Singpass.

Log in with your Singpass.

Agree to retrieve your personal data from Singpass.

Tap Save details if your data is accurate.

Edit other personal data (if any) and tap Next.

Verify your information and tap Submit to update your profile.
  • Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your NRIC/Passport and complete the authentication process.
  • Under Update Particulars.
  • Select Edit under Residential Address.
  • Indicate the Country and Postal Code, and then click Find Address. (Indicate Unit no. if applicable).
  • Indicate if your residential is the same as your Mailing Address entered. Select Get OTP via SMS* and key the OTP into the Video Teller Machine (VTM).
  • Press Confirm to complete the transaction.

*Note:
  • Customers who did not receive the OTP via SMS or do not have their phone with them, select either Wrong Phone Number or No Phone with me.
  • An officer will be connected to verify the customer through a secured authentication process.

Important: Updating your Address via the AXS Machine requires you to have an Active DBS or POSB ATM/Debit/Credit Card.

To update your address through AXS, follow these steps:
  • Select DBS Bank Ltd
  • Select Address Update
  • Indicate if your new Address is in Singapore or Overseas
  • If Singapore Address is indicated:
    - Indicate Postal Code and Unit No.
    - Indicate if your Residential address is the same as your mailing address entered
    - Indicate the Type(s) of account to update
    - Click Continue, then Confirm
    - Insert and remove your ATM Card swiftly from the AXS
  • If Overseas Address is indicated:
    - Indicated your New Address and Country
    - Indicate if your Residential address is the same as your mailing address entered
    - Indicate the Type(s) of account to update
    - Click Continue, then Confirm
    - Insert and remove your ATM Card swiftly from the AXS

Note:
  • The update of address will take effect immediately for updates done from 0800 hours to 2000 hours (Mondays to Saturdays)
  • All updates after 2000 hours on a working day (Monday to Saturday) will be taken as the following working day's transaction
  • Transactions received on a Sunday will be updated at 0800 hours on Monday

Frequently Asked Questions

To ensure that you have updated both your residential address and mailing address for all banking services, please ensure you have select "mailing address is the same as the residential address" and select the products that you wish the new address to applied to.
  • Yes, you may visit any DBS/POSB Branches to update their address. Please note that you are not required to bring your child. However, please make sure to have the following documents during your visit:
    • Parent/Legal Guardian ID Documents
    • Proof of Relationship (e.g birth certificate)
