Here are some important information you need to take note of.

Here's what you need to know when replacing a Credit Card.

General Information

Existing DBS Rewards, Points, Fund Transfer and Instalments

DBS Rewards, DBS Points, Special Interest Rate Fund Transfer, Instalment Loan and Instalment Payment Plan will not be affected.

When will I receive my replacement card?

You will receive your replacement Card & PIN separately within 5 working days from the requested date.

Card Specific Information

DBS Altitude Visa Card

If you have Priority Pass, please update your new Altitude Card details via the Priority Pass website through your Digital Membership.

DBS Esso Card

Smiles Points will be automatically linked and transferred to the new card upon replacement. Existing Speedpass has been ceased W.E.F 31 March 2019 and Speedpass will no longer be issued by Exxon Mobil.

DBS Live Fresh Card

If you have any remaining EZ-link value in your old card, refer to Refund EZ-Link/NETS Flashpay Value.

DBS Takashimaya Card

Your Takashimaya Points will not be transferred. You may visit Takashimaya Customer Service counter to request for your Takashimaya Points to be transferred from the old to the new card (subject to approval).

POSB Everyday Card

Daily $ will not be affected, if you have any remaining EZ-link value in your old card, refer to Refund EZ-Link/NETS Flashpay Value.

SAFRA DBS Card

Safra $ will not be affected.

Here's what you need to know when replacing an ATM/Debit Card.

Card Specific Information

DBS Takashimaya Card

Your Takashimaya Points will not be transferred. You may visit Takashimaya Customer Service counter to request for your Takashimaya Points to be transferred from the old to the new card (subject to approval).

DBS Visa Debit Card

By performing this card replacement, your existing card will be terminated immediately. If you have any remaining NETS Flashpay value in your old card, refer to Refund EZ-Link/NETS Flashpay Value.

PAssion POSB Debit Card

By performing this card replacement, your existing card will be terminated immediately.

If you have any remaining EZ-link value in your old card, refer to Refund EZ-Link/NETS Flashpay Value.

Please contact the National Library Board at enquiry@nlb.gov.sg to report loss of your PAssion POSB Debit Card. If loss is not reported, any charges incurred on the lost card, such as fines incurred on loans, lost items and reservation will be charged.

Tap-For-More Points will be transferred to your new card if you replace your PAssion POSB Debit Card on the same day, otherwise it will be forfeited.

SAFRA DBS Card

Safra $ will not be affected.
