How to Link Your Child's Account & Enable Auto-Transfer:

Consider applying for a My Account for your child. Once opened, it will be automatically linked to your child's existing POSB Smart Buddy card/chip.

My Account is a flexible deposit account designed to grow with your child's needs.
Key Benefits of My Account:
Allowance savings refers to the unspent portion of your child's daily allowance.
Example: If the daily allowance is S$3.00 and your child spends S$2.00, the allowance savings for the day is S$1.00.
Your child’s monthly allowance savings will be deducted from your bank account (the account linked to your child’s Smart Buddy) and transferred to their bank account by the 10th of the following month. To enjoy this feature, please ensure "Auto-Transfer Savings" is enabled on your child’s profile within the Smart Buddy app.
Your child can collect Smiley Stamps by tapping their Smart Buddy card at the school bookshop. Each stamp costs S$0.50, and the value is deducted from the parent's linked bank account. These "Stamp Savings" are updated on the Smart Buddy Mobile App.
