Simply follow these steps to request for a token via iBanking or digibank app* at the comfort of your home. The new token will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days. Remember to register your token upon receipt. Click here to find out how to register.


iBanking

Step 1: Log in to iBanking

Step 2: Go to "Request" on the top navigation menu and select "More Requests"

Step 3: Select "iB Secure Device Replacement" from "Other Services" to complete your request

Step 1: Log in to digibank mobile app

Step 2: Click on "Settings" > "Request New iB Secure Device"

* This service is only available for first-time token replacement. Your existing token will be terminated upon submission of the request. You may not be able to perform certain transactions until you have received and registered your new token.
