Step 1

Log in to your digibank app, select Deposits and tap on Fixed Deposit.

Step 2

Tap on Place Fixed Deposit.

Step 3

Enter the promo code that matches your preferred tenor then tap on Apply. Once entered, your applicable promotional rate and tenor will be shown automatically.

Note: Promo codes are case sensitive.

Step 4

Select the account you wish to fund your placement and indicate the placement amount.

If your funds’ source account is in another currency, applicable FX conversion rates will apply.

Note: Minimum placement is US$10,000; maximum placement is US$500,000.

Step 5a

Select your preferred Maturity Instruction.

If your instruction includes withdrawing interest at maturity, select a Crediting Account.

Step 5b

If you have chosen a multi-currency account in step 5.a., please choose the USD option to avoid any currency conversions upon maturity¹.

¹ When the transaction involves conversion of one foreign currency to another, foreign currency deposits are subject to exchange rates which may give rise to capital gains or losses. You can select the same currency as your foreign currency Fixed Deposit to prevent this.

Step 6

Review your Fixed Deposit and tap Place now to complete the placement.
