Important information

  • SMS Banking services will cease progressively from February 2023.
Assurance Package (AP) Cash Payout and Cost Of Living (COL) Special Payment

Register for PayNow-NRIC by 20th Nov 2022 to receive these payouts up to 4 weeks earlier than those who are not registered. Eligible Singaporeans will receive up to S$200 for AP Cash payout and up to S$500 for COL Special Payment.

How to apply for PayNow

There are various channels which you may apply for PayNow with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank Mobile.

Click on the steps to view screens

Step 1
Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Tap Pay & Transfer and select PayNow.

Step 3
Tap Your Profile and select Register your Mobile No.

Step 4
Confirm your Mobile Number. Enter your preferred PayNow Nickname and select the Account you wish to link to PayNow and tap Next.

Step 5
Enter the SMS OTP sent to your registered mobile number and tap Submit to complete the registration.

Step 6
You have now completed your PayNow registration with your mobile number.

You have now completed your PayNow registration with your NRIC/FIN.

Under Transfer, select To Mobile Number or NRIC (PayNow).

Under My Registrations, Register my Mobile Number.

Confirm your Mobile Number. Select the Account you wish to link to PayNow. Enter your preferred PayNow Nickname and click Next.

Verify tour details and click Submit.

Simply send an SMS in the following formats to register:

NRIC Registration 		SMS to 77767 in this format:

Paynow <space> Register <space> NRIC <space> your preferred bank account’s* last 4 digits <space> your preferred nickname to 77767

e.g. Paynow register nric 7890 Adeline

Mobile Number Registration 		SMS to 77767 in this format:

Paynow <space> Register <space> Mobile <space> your preferred bank account’s* last 4 digits <space> your preferred nickname to 77767

e.g. Paynow register mobile 1234 Belinda
  • Step 1: Click here to launch digibot.
  • Step 2: Click on Yes to proceed.
  • Step 3: Authenticate yourself using Internet Banking login or ATM Card + PIN.
  • Step 4: Select the proxy (Mobile or NRIC/FIN) which you would like to link your PayNow to.
  • Step 5: Confirm if the Mobile no. or NRIC/FIN is accurate before clicking Confirm.
  • Step 6: Input your nickname.
  • Step 7: Your registration status will be shown on screen.
