  1. Locate a DBS/POSB Branch using our Locator.
  2. Send "Q" to the Branch SMS number to receive a list of services they offer.
  3. Reply with the corresponding number indicated to request for a queue number.
  4. Receive an SMS notification when your turn is near.

Choose your starter bundle.

Set up your Visa Debit Card.

Upload Supporting Documents, if required.

Log in to digibank mobile and tap on More on the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll down to YOUR PROFILE, tap on Update Particulars and select Contact Details.

Tap on CHANGE, input your details and tap SAVE.

Tap NEXT to review your changes and tap CONFIRM to update your Contact Details.
