Here’s how to participate:

Terms & Conditions

1. Valid till 31 March 2023, available only via the ShopBack mobile app.
2. Offer is valid only with Singapore-issued DBS/POSB Visa or Mastercard Cards that are linked to ShopBack.
3. Qualifying in-store transactions include ShopBack partner outlets during the promotion period and those offering in-store cashback/loyalty rewards. For example, if the ShopBack partner is not offering any in-store cashback/loyalty reward, any in-store transactions at that partner will not count towards a qualifying transaction.
4. Upon making a qualifying transaction, customers will receive a notification, which must be opened to reveal their scratch card.
5. The scratch card must be used within 48 hours of receiving it. No extensions will be allowed, and no reminders will be sent prior to the expiry of scratch cards.
6. Customers will still earn the standard Cashback amount/rewards (as the case may be) at partner outlets listed on ShopBack when paying with their payment methods. The Cashback will be tracked on the ShopBack mobile app within 14 working days.
