POSB Smart Buddy is powered by a NETS Contactless Card (embedded in your child’s watch), which means that your child’s watch can be accepted on public transport too.
If Smart Buddy is used, concession fare rates will not apply and the full adult fare will be charged. Alternatively, your child may use the watch if he/she forgets to bring their School Smartcard.
