For FDW: How to open your account online

Do take note that the account will be opened in your own name and please choose to complete the form manually under “MyInfo” section.

You would need the following documents and details to apply for a POSB Payroll account online.

• Passport (minimum 6 months validity)
• Work permit (front and back copies) or In-Principle Approval (IPA)¹
• Mobile number
• Email address

¹If using IPA, please upload a copy of page 1 and 2 “Helper’s copy” (not “Employer’s copy”).

How to activate account

Activate using bank card (simultaneously activate a POSB Payroll account)

Activate bank card within 100 days via one of these options:

1. Visit any DBS/POSB ATM with the PIN mailer
2. Activate via DBS Website

After activating account - FDW login² to digibank for the first time

1. Download POSB digibank Mobile app on FDW’s phone
     
2. Set up digibank profile on digibank Mobile app using card number, card PIN and digital token registration code
   1. Launch digibank Mobile app and choose "Get Started" at login page
   2. Fill in the details on screens
   3. Create user ID & iB PIN³, complete digibank profile set-up and log out
   4. Log in with newly created user ID & IB PIN and activate digital token using registration code received in mailer

²FDW card and account need to be activated first before FDW can login to digibank.

³Note that iB PIN can be set the same as bank card PIN but subsequent change of iB PIN will not affect bank card PIN, vice versa.

Register FDW’s mobile number on PayNow

With PayNow, you can send money instantly with just the mobile number of any recipient, no more need to exchange account numbers. To start receiving money from anyone, simply register for PayNow via digibank Online or digibank Mobile.
