  • Ensure you have updated your mobile number and email address
  • If you register for digibank before updating your mobile number and/ or email address, a Registration Code will need to be sent to your mailing address
  • The Registration Code will be needed in order to register your digital token

Registering for Digital Token

With Digital Token, you no longer face the hassle of having to bring along your physical token as it replaces all SMS OTPs or authentication through a seamless and secured journey with just your mobile phone. You may use Digital Token for digibank online, eNets and eCommerce transactions.

Add A Recipient To Send Money Overseas

Click here for step-by-step guide.

  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Tap Pay & Transfer and select Overseas.
  • Tap Add Overseas Recipient and select the Country.
  • Enter your recipient's Bank Details followed by their Account & Personal Details.
  • Tap Next to review your recipient's details and tap Add Recipient Now.
  • Follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions to complete the request.


Sending Money Overseas

  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face IDor digibank User ID & PIN and tap Pay & Transfer.
  • Tap the Overseas Icon followed by Add Overseas Recipient.
  • Select the Country and enter the Recipient's Details. Tap Add Recipient Now.
  • Select the Fund Source you wish to transfer from and enter the Amount you wish to transfer. Tap Next.
  • Review the transfer details and tap Transfer Nowto complete the transaction.

Sending Money in Singapore

  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face IDor digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Tap Pay & Transferand select Local.
  • Select the Recipient you wish to transfer to. Learn to Add a Local Recipient.
  • Select the Fund Source you wish to transfer from and enter the Amount you wish to transfer.
  • Tap Next to review the details, and tap Transfer Now to complete the transfer.

  • Tap Pay & Transferand select Local.
  • Select the Recipientyou wish to transfer to. Learn to Add a Local Recipient.
  • Select the Fund Source you wish to transfer from and enter the Amount you wish to transfer.
  • You may select the Purpose of Transferand add Comments for the recipient if you wish to.
  • Tap Next to review the details, and tap Transfer Now to complete the transfer.

Topping up your prepaid card

  • Tap More, under Other Services select Top Up Mobile Prepaid.
  • Enter the Prepaid Mobile Details by selecting a prepaid mobile number and mobile operator.
  • Tap on Next located at the bottom of your screen.
  • Select your Fund Source and Top Up Option.
  • Tap on Next located at the bottom of your screen.
  • Review your Top Up details and tap on Top Up Now.

  • One-time Transfer(Without adding payee to your list.)
    1. Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face IDor digibank User ID & PIN.
    2. Tap Pay & Transferand select PayNow.
    3. Enter the payee's Mobile Number, NRIC or FIN, or UENand verify his/her Nickname, tap Make a Transfer.
    4. Enter the Amountyou wish to transfer and tap Next.
    5. Verify the Transfer Detailsand tap Transfer Now to complete the transaction.
  • Transfer to a payee in your list(Find out how you can add a payee here.)
    1. Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face IDor digibank User ID & PIN.
    2. Tap Pay & Transferand select PayNow.
    3. Under Recipients, select the recipient you wish to transfer to.
    4. Enter the Amountyou wish to transfer and tap Next.
    5. Verify the Transfer Detailsand tap Transfer Now to complete the transaction.
 

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have registered for digibank, you can use the following steps:

  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face IDor digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Tap More, under Your Profile select Update Contact Details.
  • Select Personal & Contact Details, under Your Email Address tap Change.
  • Enter your Mobile No. and tap Save
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Confirm.
  • Verify the details and tap Confirm.
  • Once prompted with a confirmation, select Ok   to proceed with the update.
  • Follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructionsto complete your Mobile Number Update.

Note:

  • The update will take effect immediately with the exceptionof Debit and Credit Card online purchase transactions that requires One Time Password (OTP). This update will take 2 working days.
  • If you have a DBS Paylah! wallet linked to your mobile number, please Update your DBS Paylah! Mobile Number.

You may visit a DBS or POSB branch to do an immediate update. Please bring along both your old and new passports.


You can update via digibank:

  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face IDor digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Tap More, under Your Profile select Update Contact Details.
  • Select Personal & Contact Details, under Your Email Address tap Change.
  • Enter your Email Address and tap Save.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Confirm.
  • Verify the details and tap Confirm.
  • Follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions to complete the Email Address Update.

Note:

  • This email address provided will only be used for your digibank Online & Mobile transactions, eStatement Notifications and Marketing Communications (If any).

You can update via digibank following these steps:

  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN and tap on More.
  • Under Your Profile, tap on Update Contact Details.
  • Tap on Mailing Address, read the Important Notes and tap on Next.
  • Tap on Update below your current Residential Address to update your new address.
  • Select if your mailing address is the same/different than your residential address, and the accounts to be updated. Tap Next.
  • Review the changes you have made and tap Update Address Now to complete your request.
