Online Reservation

Reserve your CNY New notes and Fit-for-Gifting^# notes (or ‘Fit notes’ in short) online and collect it in just 6 simple steps:

Step 1: Visit our secured online notes reservation site.

Step 2: Key in your ID and last 4 digits of your ATM/Debit/Credit Card Number.

Step 3: Select your choice of branch, date and time of reservation.

Step 4: Indicate the number of DBS QR Gift Pack(s) and desired quantity of notes for S$2, S$10, S$50 (notes denomination).

Step 5: Confirm your details and selection. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours upon submitting your request.

Step 6: Collect your notes at the selected branch during the specified date and time.

Simply login with your ID and ATM/Debit/Credit Card to place your reservations.

Important Note:

- Reservation service will be available on:

• 5 to 8 January 2023 for collection dates from 10 to 13 January 2023
• 9 to 15 January 2023 for collection dates from 16 to 20 January 2023

- Limited to 1 reservation per customer.

- Amendments will not be allowed upon submission of reservation.

- Please take note that for collection at retail branches, you can only reserve up to S$1,000 for new notes and S$1,200 for fit notes.

Branch Walk-In/Notes Exchange

Important Note: Please make notes reservation online before heading down to our branches.

We can only perform the CNY New and Fit-for-Gifting* (or ‘Fit notes’ in short) notes exchange service for customers who have made an online reservation.

Important Note:

- Reservation service will be available on:

• 5 to 8 January 2023 for collection dates from 10 to 13 January 2023 
• 9 to 15 January 2023 for collection dates from 16 to 20 January 2023

- Limited to 1 reservation per customer.

- Walk-In allowed for:

• Seniors aged 60 years and above
• Customers with disability

Pop-Up ATMs

CNY New and Fit-for-Gifting^# (or ‘Fit notes’ in short) notes withdrawal will be available from:

• 5 January to 20 January, 10am to 10pm and
• 21 January, 10am to 1pm

Each customer will be limited to 3 withdrawals of new notes throughout this period.
