How to Activate the Talking ATM
Talking ATMs offer voice instructions & Braille symbols (for headphone jack, card, cash slot, keypad) to guide visually impaired customers through ATM transactions.Step 1
Insert headphone into the headphone jack (Standard 3.5mm)
Step 2
Upon machine’s voice prompt, insert DBS/POSB ATM Card into the card slot and enter 6-digit pin
Step 3
Select desired transaction and account to proceed
