Parents must have an existing DBS/POSB deposit account and the Singpass app to provide consent during registration. Note: Registration via Singpass is only available to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents with Singapore as their only tax residency.

You can top up your teen's PayLah! wallet by transferring money to their DBS PayLah! a ccount via PayNow or PayLah! . As a uto - d ebit is not available for PayLah! t eens m ode, the wallet balance will only contain funds that have been transferred into it.

What is the wallet limit for PayLah! teens mode?

The daily transaction limit for PayLah! teens mode is c apped at S$999.

Is auto-debit available for PayLah! teens mode?

No, auto-debit feature is disabled for PayLah! teens mode. The wallet only consists of funds that have been transferred to the wallet.

Can parents view their child's transactions?

Yes. Parents may view their child's transaction history directly on their own DBS PayLah! app, under Transaction History.

Tap on Pay > Anyone > Enter amount and recipient details. Note: The recipient must have a PayLah! Or PayNow account.

Who can I send money to?

You can send money to anyone with a PayLah! account or a PayNow-registered account.

How do I request money?

Tap on Request > Enter Amount and recipients’ details.

Can I receive money from someone using DBS PayLah! or PayNow?

Yes. You can receive money from users with a DBS PayLah! account or a PayNow-registered account on PayLah! teens mode.

What if the person I want to send money to doesn't have PayLah! or PayNow?

You can only send money to someone who has a DBS PayLah! account or a PayNow-registered account. If they don't have either, they'll need to register for DBS PayLah! or PayNow before you can send them money.

How do I redeem a coupon?

To redeem a coupon, go to My Coupons and select the coupon you'd like to use. Follow the instructions in the coupon details. If a promo code is provided, tap Copy Code and enter it at checkout. If payment is required, complete your purchase according to the offer terms and conditions.

Where can I find my saved coupons?

You can view all your saved coupons by tapping View all my coupons on the PayLah! homepage.
