How can I keep track of my child's digital Smiley Stamps?
You can easily see how many digital Smiley Stamps your child has earned!
- Daily allowance users: Savings are calculated daily, and stamps are awarded by the next day.
- Weekly allowance users: Savings are calculated weekly, and stamps are awarded by the following week. (Just a heads-up: if the last week of a month spills into the next, those savings will show up as part of the first week of the new month.)
You can always view the number of digital Smiley Stamps your child has received in the monthly stamp book within the Smart Buddy app.
What kind of transactions count towards the promotion?
Almost all Smart Buddy transactions! The only exception is public transportation transactions. It's not advisable for your child to use Smart Buddy for public transportation as they will be charged full adult fare instead of their student concession rate.
Is there a minimum amount my child needs to spend per transaction?
No, there's no minimum spend per transaction! Your child simply needs to make the number of transactions stipulated for each category to qualify for the promotion.
